How do I choose the right longboard for my riding style?
Selecting a board depends on your goals. Cruisers are ideal for commuting, drop-through decks offer stability for downhill speed, and flexible bamboo decks are perfect for carving and dancing.
Do your longboards come fully assembled?
Yes, all our completes arrive fully assembled by our professional team. They are ready to ride straight out of the box, though we recommend checking the tightness of the trucks to match your preference.
What is your shipping policy for oversized boards?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all decks. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via ground freight to ensure your board arrives safely and without damage.
Can I return a board if I have already ridden it?
To be eligible for a return, the longboard must be in its original, unused condition with the plastic wrap intact. Once a board has been ridden on pavement, we can no longer accept it for a refund.
What kind of maintenance do the bearings require?
To keep your ride smooth, we recommend cleaning your bearings every 2-3 months or after riding in wet conditions. Use a dedicated skating lubricant and avoid using water, which can cause rust.
Do you offer a warranty on decks and trucks?
We provide a 90-day manufacturer warranty that covers structural defects and delamination. Please note that this does not cover normal wear and tear, impact damage from curbs, or water exposure.
