Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Carefully pack the unused longboard or accessories in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
